Even: 30 second Hollow Hold

Rest 2 minutes

EMOTM for 8 minutes:
Odd: 8 Hang Power Clean
Even: 30 second Handstand Hold

EMOTM for 6 minutes:

Rest 1 minute
Odd: 6 Shoulder to Overhead
Even: 30 second Hanging Knee Raise Hold
