    For time:
    50 Box jumps, 24 inch box
    50 Jumping pull-ups
    50 Kettlebell swings, 53# (should have been 35#)
    Walking Lunge, 50 steps
    50 Knees to elbows (scaled to knee raises)
    50 Push press, 45# (first 10 were at 65#)
    50 Hip Extensions
    50 Wall ball shots, 14 pound ball (scaled to 10#)
    50 Burpees
    50 Double unders (scaled to 150 singles)

    Made it to 4 burpees at the time cap. Will have to do this again at the correct weights.

    “Hotel Fallen”

    4km run
    200 burpees

    Broke into 10 rounds
    .25 mile
    20 burpees

    Time = 52:16

    1. There will be no resting until my kids learn how to sleep past 6 am.

      I should have put that the runs were all done on a treadmill with a 7.5% incline and speed was set to right about where it started feeling like I was running on the road aka started sucking. I was a mess at the end of it

    1. We went in with a plan, and after 10 down ups, we figured we had a way more awesome idea, that was in fact incredibly less awesome….. we need a re-do

    We each did 6 rounds of 5+5 K2E, then 6 rounds of Down ups, then repeated. Pretty happy with our strategy. Buen trabajo, pareja!
