Realized that I forgot to eat part of my lunch and I think it made me feel woozy during the workout.
Jo did more reps and I scaled my ball down to 12#, used 35# KB but did Russian swings instead of American, and stuck with 20″ box jumps.
And begged Shane to grab me a cup of water mid-workout.
