    Wall balls 6 (1st time doing them in forever) we did them in sets of 5 at a time.
    Box Steps – 16′ (12 box +45lb plate) also did in sets of 5 at a time, Andrea did the last 10 for me, so I didn’t pass out
    Kettlebell Swings – 25lb – did 10,10 15, 10, 10, and then I did the last 10 KBS.

    Cash-out a nice 600 m walk to cool off.

    Realized that I forgot to eat part of my lunch and I think it made me feel woozy during the workout.
    Jo did more reps and I scaled my ball down to 12#, used 35# KB but did Russian swings instead of American, and stuck with 20″ box jumps.
    And begged Shane to grab me a cup of water mid-workout.
