    Thanks Hannah, that was so much better than Filthy 50’s alone!! And note to self – those wallballs aren’t going to improve on while sitting on a shelf 🙁

    First time I did a partner wod I’d been a member for less than 6 months and Kevin paired me with a trainer. I almost walked out. I felt so bad for being so _____ (insert anything bad) and an absolute burden for my partner. I spent the first 5 minutes trying to figure out why he had done that – no one else should have to work out with me, trainers can work out again later to make up for it, that’s just part of being a trainer, blah, blah, blah. And she was amazing – supportive, funny, hard working, encouraging (and I actually held my own on the sit-ups 🙂 ) What’s really funny is when I’ve mentioned it to her years later, she remembers the work out but doesn’t remember me holding her back.

    Don’t let some misguided perception keep you out of the gym today – all the partners will be sweating and breathing hard, so let the support of your CFTM family drag you through all those reps. And who knows, maybe you’ll be the one leading the way.

    Partner WODs are always so much fun. I love doing them, and have worked out with people at many stages of fitness. I am never disappointed.
