*First person does 12 deadlifts, 9 hang power cleans, 6 push jerks. When done the second person does, 12 deadlifts, 9 hang power cleans, 6 push jerks……that is one round

    Was going for the whole 11+1, 8+1, 6 thing… but grip was shot from yesterday so 185 HPC got broken up to 4 sets of 2 + 1 to get up for PJ.

    Nothing like the pressure of trying to get a round done ASAP.

    That was gross…rd 1&5 were mostly unbroken
    2&4 did 11DL, 1DL+7HPC, 2HPC+6PJ.
    Round 3 was 11DL, 1DL+3 HPC, 3-2, 1+6PJ.

    Forearms we’re burning. Wasnt sure I could do it Rx. HPC were the worst part.
