    First 2 rounds cleans were unbroken (I think). Last round tried to break at 10 but blew it on #8 and had to start from the ground – seemed to help because the rest were o.k.

    I agree with Jenna, – I liked this one too. And I’m looking forward to faster times in the future as my form improves.

    Back felt great during and after the WOD so correct strategy ๐Ÿ™‚

    Then 2 more 1 min planks.

    Really struggled with cleans tonight. Grip was horrible. Set the bar down too many times and didn’t string them together as efficiently as I could have.
