    Why is it that I can rattle off 15-20 DU’s in a row during practice but as soon as time counts I trip over every third one?

    Scaled to single under due to shin splint recovery and was right to do so as there was no pain again today. I will reintroduce double unders in to my work outs in November.

    1. In my oxygen deprived state I forgot to thank Coach Kevin. Also, those coaxing me to finish…especially Terry with the oh so obvious, “get up” when I went down for my burpees that last round and didn’t think that was possible.

    Yeah! First time leaving comments after a WOD! That was tough and it reminded me of how I felt after my first Prep Course workout! I’m not sure who was counting my burpees for me at the end but thanks for being there! I tried some DU after doing my strength but I whacked myself in the arms and legs so many times that I decided to stick with the singles… for now.
