  1. Hi all,

    I recently ordered some T-Shirts from the CrossFit store. I have 3 shirts, 1 tank and 1 red hat that I am selling because they are a little too big for me.

    The shirts are 30$
    The tank is 15$
    The hat is 15$

    Everything is brand new with the tags still on them and the price is cheaper than if you were to order them on line yourself. I knew that I would be paying a delivery fee from Fed Ex, but the importaion taxes on clothing ordered from the states came as a disappointing surprise fo sure!!

    I will leave everything at Cross Fit with an envelope for the money so feel free to try the shirts on if you are interested.

    Not a PR. Had 273 reps during the Open.

    12 HRPU (I think I was doing 9 though. I had 9 stuck in my head.)
    15 Box Jumps @ 20″

    3 rounds + 12 Push Ups (I know I did 12 on the last set. That’s when I started doubting what I had been doing.)

    I’ve been puttin’ the moves on Push Ups for over 2 years now and they’re still playing hard to get. Usually my moves get me what I want. I must be gettin’ old. GOD!

    Tough WOD. I didn’t get to do this one last April. Push ups were really slow for me today. I really had to concentrate on keeping my ass tight & thighs off the floor.

    8 rounds 3 HRPU = 300 reps PR of 50 reps

    Happy to have tried this again!! I actually did 13 step-up-step-downs in the 3rd round not knowing this is not a standard and did not count so I started over and did 15 more box jumps which kinda killed my spirits but it’s about doin things right so I felt I had to redo it! They gas you some bad though!! Great job everyone!! (great push Dave and Trent!! You did awesome!!)

    I did not get a PR from the last time I did this WOD in April, but I am just geting over fighting pneumonia so I am happy just to be able to work-out. Great energy at the gym today and it was too bad that I had to leave early for an apointment.

    Total: 231

    My previous total for that one in April was 235.

    Was fun, didn’t remember the workout being this tough… stupid memory!

    That was a tuffie this morning. I didn’t do it in April because I was sick.

    = 5 rounds 5 pushups. Really wanted 6 rounds, but I’ll take it!

    I’d like to dedicate my pushups to Grant, lol, thanks for pushing me through them!
