We find out 17.1 tomorrow! Do you think dumbbells will come out in the first week?

For those new to the process, once we find out the workout, we’ll post “classes” in Zen Planner the next morning. It’s mainly going to be 2 options – first half and second half. A heat list will be created and posted on the large whiteboard at the gym. First heat generally start at 5pm and we go until we’re done.

Can’t make it Friday night? No worries. All the classes that day will be doing the same Open workout.

You also have the option of signing up for the CrossFit Open (if you want to be ranked on the worldwide leaderboard).

    Even: 3 Ring Muscle ups (Did MU progression on rings)
    Odd: 3 HSPU (Got 3 all the rounds, some would of been No reps) some strict @ start, then kipping

    Arms and shoulders were certainly dead! Need to work on these 2 movement more.

    Also got my first Chest to Bar while warming up! got 3 or 4 of them after!

    Even: 3 MU – started with full MU attempts (got 2 in the first could rounds) then went to MU progressions to work on getting out of the dip
    Odd: 3 HSPU

    Increased my lifetime total of 2 MU to 4 MU, so that was fun! Time to get working on dips.
    HSPU felt good
