For those new to the process, once we find out the workout, we’ll post “classes” in Zen Planner the next morning. It’s mainly going to be 2 options – first half and second half. A heat list will be created and posted on the large whiteboard at the gym. First heat generally start at 5pm and we go until we’re done.
Can’t make it Friday night? No worries. All the classes that day will be doing the same Open workout.
