    1. I’m so glad to see your time. Although your get ups were 53lbs, I thought my time was way too slow. Which was worse for you, the get ups or the hspu?

      I really liked this one because shoulders is what I need to work on the most.

    Hard to decide which was worse….handstand pushups from the box or turkish get ups, both were miserable, but I still really liked this WO.

    1. Yes… and my shoulders love me right now! Started the workout without the plate but that didn’t last too long. Pat, isn’t this your first WOD with unassisted HSPUs? Nice work and nice time!

    2. Great job Jeff! I have to bit the bullet and try HSPU more… I can do them under water no problem, just feels different in the gym.

    Warm up of mobility and running drills

    WOD 3 rounds for time of:
    100m sprint
    200m sprint
    400m sprint

    Average for the 100m was 19.37 seconds, fastest time 19.06
    Average for the 200m was 48.5 seconds, fastest time 47 seconds
    Average for the 400m was 1 min. 48.5 seconds, fastest time 1 min. 47 seconds

    Thank you Janine for the push to go faster near the end of my sprints, my mind was fighting me to slow down. The average for my 200m and 400m sprints is based on two runs only because I stopped my watch at the wrong time on the last two sprints 🙁 What a leg and cardio burner!!! Had fun though 🙂

    I liked this one. As long as it was, it was like you could always see the light at the end of the tunnel. The end of that set, or round was always near.
