    Time: 10:52

We did this on December 1st. Back then I used the same weight and my time was 9:57. Feels like I’m making backwards progress lately. 🙁 I’ll get a few much needed rest days over the next week cause I’m leaving for Mexico tomorrow! 🙂 Have a great March Break everyone! 🙂

    1. You aren’t going backwards! You are comparing am workouts with night ones. Have a great vacation, I still have three weeks to wait for mine!

Hey, if you guys are looking for rooms in PEI, check with Cheryl Paynter….she might be able to get you a better deal than $135!

    1. I stayed in Charlottetown often for less than $135. I think I I’ve spent my last few visits at the Quality Inn (on the Hill), just off University near the Confederation centre in the $100 range. And possibly less than $90 with a bit of haggling. Don’t have any receipts to check, but I think you can do better than $135.

  3. as it stands, I havent eatin anything in about 2 and a half days, trying to reful but very dizzy and light headed, gonna be in at 530 for a double whammy 😉

  4. I switched my 4:15 to 6:30…so there is a spot open.
    🙂
Kevin, did you give me back my $ for that order? If not, just count me in for a new CF moncton shirt. 🙂

  5. For what it’s worth, the o-lifting certs are fun. Much better and much more painful than a Level 1. Y’all should go! 2 days with a PVC pipe is kinda crazy, but fun nonetheless.

    Happy March Break folks!

  12. So my adding skills were not up to par tonight. I was flying through the WOD. My burpees felt super fast. I did everything unbroken…finished with 4 something…and realized that I was deadlifting 115!

  16. Hey Kevin Planning on going to the olympic cert. $135 a night seems pretty steep for a hotel room though!! Not sure what prices are like in PEI but sounds pretty high to me.
