    Wallballs suck the life out of me…. But they are getting better, I was getting a much better rhythm today than usual!!

        We both have to start bringing Guy a donut a day. He is highly addictive so it shouldn’t be too hard to get him off his game. He is dialed in.

    Really worked hard to stay back on my heels this morning, which is always one of my challenges with wallballs.

    Wod @ 14#, 9′ and ring rows – completed 3 rounds and 24 WB in 15 mins.

    I hate to make excuses for that score but I’m still recovering from Spring Fling.. Would have liked another day off but I’m leaving for Cuba on Thurs and I need to get a couple gym days in before I leave.
