    I knew this was gonna be a rough one, especially when my legs were already jello from yesterday’s front squats!!! Can’t wait to see how they’ll feel tomorrow!!!

    Leg endurance stuff is definately one of my goats… I should do some of these more often!

    Practiced HSPU for the first time… For some reason I was really nervous about this…

    Hold – 2×45 – 45 25 – 25 – no plate, failed times 3 (can’t wait until I can make them look as easy as Jeff makes them look! Thanks for the help guys.)

    Nice to warm up with back squats for this WOD. Definitely a mentally challenging workout, 100 reps in I was thinking I wouldn’t finish, but once I hit 200 I just started pushing harder and blocked out the pain until it was over. Walking will be a challenge for the remainder of the week!
