I tried weighting myself yesterday evening, for the hell of it. If my scale isn’t out of whack, Im lighter than I was at the end of the last paleo challenge. Kinda pumped to do the body composition in 5 weeks.

I was wondering how losing as much weight as I did since switching to Paleo would affect things strength-wise but it’s nice that I am getting the benefits of being leaner but as strong as I was before (or stronger).
Yes, I think last time Im only lost a fraction of a pound in muscle, which is understandable since we’re not consuming foods on the higher end of carb content. But no measurable strength loss.
Proof: big bench PR since last year without actively working on bench press. If you do Crossfit you will not get weaker.
