    Today i worked on form.. I think i am finally getting it! 15-15-20-20-25, I did sets of 7

    Although the burpees were no issue the double threat of 20″ box and OHS were an awesome challenging, and i needed it!

    Was not feeling the OHS today. Dropped the bar from OH at top of squat 3rd rep in 4th set. Really wobbly

    Burpees were good. Slow but unbroken

    42 reps. Every single rep was a mental fight today. Was super tired and questioned if I should even be working out… but did 42 more reps than if I stayed home. So, there ya go.

    funny how when you microwave food for 30 seconds it can feel like an eternity but yet 30 seconds “rest” felt like it didn’t exist….
