    For the record jumping squats suck! We had the pleasure a while ago of doing Death by Squat Jumps. For the rest of the week there were some hurting folks in the gym.

  10. There is a 4 15 spot open, I will be around to say goodbye, however im still not able to do anything active. Walked up the stairs at work today, had to stop for a breather hahahah this flu bug is a big one.

    If I do not get a chance to say goodbye, I want to thank everyone for such a great experience with cross fit. I truly looked forward to heading to the gym each day not only because it was rewarding but it was the people that made it great.
