    Lesson learned from the Open “Pacing” has helped me improve my overall WOD times resulting in unbroken WODs. Also notice an improvement in overall muscle endurance this past month.

    I believe 240 was my 1RM but lost PR sheet. Definitely have more in me.

    Figured out the broad jumps in round 3. Planks unbroken, but had bad form and lower back is paying for it. MCs were pretty much broken in sets of 2.
