Janine – I got it too on the ride home. My guess is from the violent situps. My arm went numb during the pushups too. I think it’s radial tunnel syndrome.
Total time with 3min rest between rounds 35:37
I used a calculator this time……
Last Barbara was May 3/08 total time 39:00, but I did jumping pull-ups.

i am soooo dead from theh race …still having a out of body experience :o)
Krista
i’m with sean!!
the day for me was 79.29km on the mountain bike, total elevation gain 1512 meters.
i didn’t nearly make my time goal of 5 hours – i finished at about 5 hours, 45-50 minutes
first half was 2 hours 17 minutes so i thought i’d be on target, but the second half was crazy wet, way steeper and longer climbs and more technical.
all in all, i’m very happy with my performance though, i kept my physical and mental clarity pretty much the whole time (a few times i had to talk to myself out loud for some silly/tired mistakes), rear shifting was only possible by kicking my derailler after the 16km mark due to mud and grim, and could not feel my cold wet feet from about 19km onwards. other than that it was EXCELLENT – and i’m fried! gotta catch some zzz’s real soon!

well i have now rejoined my body ….and it is tired and sore
