    The PARE is definetly one of those workouts you underestimate.
    Great push machine imatation too. Carefull, guys giving the PARE test might recruit you. lol

  2. Anyone else have a bruise (or bruises) on their upper arms?
    My left is worse than my right.

    Looks like I was really jostling with a “suspect”. —-ah CrossFit…Love it!!

    1:31 / 1:34 / 1:33 / 1:35

    No PRs tonight, but these times were a lot more consistent than when I did this in August. I’m happy with it.

    I was really happy with my times considering sprints are my weakness.
