October 23 workout

Surprise WOD tonight was the Physical Abilities Requirement Evaluation (PARE). Sub 4:45 puts you in the RCMP. Sub 3 puts you in SWAT. Then we did max pushups for fun!

  1. Wow! Sister Madonna Buder is beautiful and inspiring. Her friends worry about her getting hurt, but I think her spirit would suffer if she were to stop doing what she loves.

    It was fun and harder than I thought!

    Tomorrow will be rest day for me in preparation for the race saturday!
    But I will still come and look at you guys suffering. 😀

    I wasn’t ready to stop so I tried more… 3-3-1


    No PARE test for me. Yes the jump scared me (I admit it), but my leg was sore and it is causing me serious pain right now. I think it just needs rest and probably some stretching and cracking. Feels like an alignment issue.
