    I was the last one to finish but at least my hands are all in one piece… suckaz!!!

    Thanks to MC for the elastic. Next time I will wear appropriate attire for such a sweaty workout. Long pants and t-shirt were way too hot today.

    My hands are now in really bad shape….but I still really the pull-ups you installed Kevin! The kipping on them is really good! 🙂

    all burpees on toes – very cool after doing the 50s sunday!
    tried to get my chin really high over the bar for the pull ups seeing as i was jumping.
