October 17 workout

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

  2. Again guys, it was a great WOD tonight!!

    Loved it…..I wanted to kick Kevin`s ass! But I couldn`t keep up with his light`s speed squats!! 😀

    Anyways, I am happy with my results!


    19 rounds + 5 Pullups

    And I am glad I didn`t use the pullup bars….heh Kevin!? 😀

  3. And Kevin, do you have more information about the run you talked about Sat. Sept. 25th?

    Maybe we can gather more people from Crossfit to go!
    On my side, I am up to the challenge if you are going! 🙂

    The WOD for tomorrow will be brutal:

    For time:
    50 Box jump, 24 inch box
    50 Jumping pull-ups
    50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
    Walking Lunge, 50 steps
    50 Knees to elbows
    50 Push press, 45 pounds
    50 Back extensions
    50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
    50 Burpees
    50 Double unders

    I don`t really want to do it now. 😀
