    I drug my butt out of bed amd went today to support Paige.. Thanks to Jeff for the pep
    talk.. somehow my math got messed up and I used 20# more than I was supposed
    to for the Deadlifts( holy crap yes I did!) The
    wallballs i sludged through with 10 at a time, no excuses..
    The fun part:
    Aug.1, 2015 – hr push ups, box jumps 18″, deadlifts 100#, ring rows, 10# wallball, run 10# plate 26:46
    Aug.13, 2016 – hr push ups, deadlift 115#,
