    25 Box jumps, 24 inch box
    50 ring rows
    100 Wallball shots 10lb (about 60 were at 9′ because it didn’t occur to me that they’d be 10′)
    600 singles
    Run 400 meters with a 25# plate

    Last time I used 95lb dls, 6lb wbs and broke up my skips a lot more. Today I was exactly 5 minutes faster. 🙂

      4″ on box jumps
      25 reps on ring rows
      60 reps on wall balls
      200 reps on skipping
      Run with 10# plate instead of rowing
      So, 9:33 slower but I still consider it a PR
