Scott has multiple certifications in training and nutrition and over a decade in the nutrition and supplementation industry and will be helping us to understand the in and outs of proper nutrition and recovery.

From the basics of “how many carbs”, “how much protein” all the way to digestive health and hormone production.

Whether you are training to look good, feel better or both, taking charge of your nutrition and having an understanding of what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat is crucial to your success.

Please join us for this seminar, bring a notepad and be prepared to ask questions. The seminar is open forum, and Scott is here to answer YOUR questions.
