  6. I had no intention of doing this WOD, but Anthony was very persistent and gave me a guilt trip! 🙂

    WOD with mix of singles and DUs, not sure if it was my wet sneakers or the fact I didn’t have my rope or maybe that I’m no good at DUs 🙂

    Time = 17min and some I think? I was busy getting the water out of my ears! It was fun an refreshing to run in the downpour this morning actually!

    Used the AB mat for sit ups. Does anyone else have a huge rash on their ass from this? Ouchie!!

  19. Today Paige and I tackled ‘Annie on the run’ with the nooner class..
    I managed a time of 17:15 Rx .. Paige did modified with her first two rounds a 400m run and did singles, with a time of 21:00.. She was determined to finish, and finish she did!! So proud of her!
