200 Single Unders
50 Squats
40 Situps
30 Pushups
20 Chinups
400 Single Unders
20 Burpees
30 Wall Ball
40 Box Jumps
50 Kettlebell Swings
200 Single Unders

    I wasn’t even close to beating you, Pierre 🙁 My push-ups and burpees need some improving, I think. But, I still loved this workout!
