    Ring Dips (2- 45# bar with 90#)

    Tough w/o. I never thought I would complete this w/o, but I did. My head feels like it is going to explode, my arms are jello, so night, night folks. See ya Wednesday.

    Rind dips

    Time: 20:54 …I think

    It was really hard for me…it is not exercises that I am used to do. So I need to work on them…

    Anyways, tomorrow is my Rest day for me so I won`t go to the gym. Have fun tomorrow guys.

    Can`t wait to see thrusday morning how my shoulders will feel after that WOD. 🙂

    Run 800 meters
    50 Good Mornings, 45 pounds
    50 Sit-ups


    The last time I did this I did Good Mornings with a dowel so I expected to be a bit slower this time. I didn’t expect an astonishing 9:43 SLOWER!!! How embarrassing. This poor body is still suffering the effects of last week’s indulgences.
