8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

    Haven’t done muscle ups in a long time and they felt horrible tonight.

  2. Woohoo, I am happy tonight!! I did my first muscle-ups and I almost broke my left hand on my third one..but that’s a small detail.
    I did all real muscle-ups during this WOD…no jumping at all.
    I have less skin on my right hand and it hurts but I don’t care. 😀

    8 KB Swings (35#)

    Some day I’ll be able to do muscle ups. Great w/o.

  4. Rest day for me, but I thought I’d run a mile cause, well, I wanted to, and wasn’t gonna take too long.

    Run 1 mile – 7:32 (800m loop x 2)
