Five rounds for max reps of:
Push-ups
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

    Jodi is an outstanding athlete. That is an impressive performance, n’est ce pas? She deserves a round of applause.

  2. Trying to catch up on everything.
    Dec 10th for the kids, perfect
    Dec 12th for the adults, (now I have two parties)

    I ran a total of 3 miles on the treadmill.
    1.5 miles at 2% grade; 6mph
    1.5 miles at no grade; 6mph.
    Time: 30min
    For some reason it was a really hard run.

  3. Absolutely…bring any significant others along!

    They just have to do 25 burpees before they can come in 😉

  4. Pushups

    31,30,26,22,19 = 128

    Pullups

    23,23,23,14,16 = 99

    Total – 227

  5. Pushups:
    45, 31, 30,20,23 = 149

    Pullups
    22, 22, 20, 10, 15 = 89

    Total: 238
