    Skill: doubles (triples) – I think I got 2 triples, but it’s hard to tell if they were triples or not.

    Got my first triple under….and then it all went downhill from there.

    That wrecked my shoulder. Don’t think I’ve ever been this happy to have finished a WOD. 🙂

    did some more rope adjustments and got a Triple under on first try, but that was all the time we had.

    First 50 were done just shy of 4min, so kept that pace pretty consistent. The 20 rounds of 10 burpees helped the mind game tremendously.

      For pace but mainly because I have a tendency to lose count. lol

  22. Attempted this at home with Alyson but I only did 100. (Fell down the stairs yesterday and I’m feeling it today, plus adding my 22 birthday burpees on top of Mario’s 200 burpees would be sorta cruel LOL)

    Improvising at it’s finest today as we used a broom stick for: mobility & WU!

    I started with a pace too slow. Happy with my time but could of went faster.

    Did some MU progressions and some BW rings dips before heading out. Love the evenings for this. I dont have a chance to do extra work in the AM.

    Did 132 in 25 minutes.

    Followed by a cash out of 22 burpees for Kels bday!

    This was done half outside, half on my garage cement floor … Not the best idea we’ve ever had!

    All I have to say is, I’m glad that’s over with!

    I decided to stop at 100 because I wasn’t feeling 100% and have had 2 colds in the last 2 weeks. It’s a good baseline and the worst part was my back was starting to bother me..?

    I got my first ever burpee-induced blisters on my hands!!
