More than last time, I switched ropes 3 times during the workout and then I found one that was just right. I was very frustrated at first, but it got better.
Is it any surprise that my rope was just perfect for her? And I’ve been using hers now for months. Its the one that got me into the trophy case 🙂

WOD: 226 res, 70 reps PR!! :D:D I was pretty happy when I realised I had 100 DU’s only 4 minutes in! I didn’t practice DU’s much since the last time we did this in august, so I’m pretty excited. I blame it all on the paleo thing I’ve been doing, maybe ya’ll should give it a try 😉

WOD: 352. No PR. Had some massive cramping, and a couple other issues going on. But my shoulders were toast, I was way out of breath when it was over, and I got to spend my lunch hour at the gym, so I’ll call it a good day.
