    1. Thanks Hilary! I don’t think I’ve been 100% for more than a week since I started CrossFit. I feel like one of those people who always think there is something wrong with them. I think the word is “hypochondria” LOL.

    I don’t have anything nice to say about this workout. It doesn’t like me, and I don’t like it.

    The only other time I did this one was way back in January 2008 at CF Fredericton and I have a note in my journal that says I forgot to write down my score. I must have been so gosh darn excited to train with the Bainbridges πŸ™‚ I remember that was a fun day. Jeremy showed us Moncton girls around the Fredericton Market. Ahh… memories.

  11. Some heavy cleans were seen today! Nice work!

    I stuck around the gym after to get some hang power clean action.

    195×1 (7th lift, but had more in the tank)
    200×1 (yay, PR!…but still had more)
    205×1 (WHOA! PR!)

    I wanted to increase my squat clean and felt like I could snag a PR. Did 1 at 195#.

    I’ve been doing the Zone diet for a week, my energy levels are low and I feel like crying for no reason… At least I don’t feel like killing anyone… Yet!
