    8. I always have the breakfast burrito at the market – it’s a family tradition
    7. Potatoes are the reason I have turkey and gravy.
    6. Gravy is the reason that I have turkey and potatoes
    5. It’s my birthday and I should be allowed to have cake.

    See you on the 23rd!

    1. I could add one more:
“Mom makes me feel guilty for not trying her homemade cookies, desserts and rolls”

I don’t eat “bread” anymore, but that was definitely a hard one to get past. No problem now.

      1. HA HA HA HA HA HA! Nice. I don’t want to eat it all at once though, and I don’t need a spoon. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!

      2. Ok…I’ll confess I’ve eaten small spoonfuls of Nutella straight out of the jar, but I agree with Amanda….it’s disgusting. I’m sure this guy puked within minutes.

    – 3 Squat Cleans (55#)
    – 10 Burpees

Was thankful for the coaching and practice time, I think I got the clean and clean squat a few times. Let go of the “form” in the actual WOD. I’m so concentrated on getting the WOD done fast that I forget to concentrate on the form and get the clean done properly. Continues to be a difficult move. Was very happy to learn a couple of new things about the clean and will continue to practice.

Surprised myself that I did this with 85#. Actually started out at 90#, but when I fell backwards in the 1st set (as Lora says… on my A$$).. decided to dropped back to 85#, and felt a ‘little’ more comfortable. Still really tough and burpees were draining. Thanks Kevin for the encouragement on the lifts throughout the workout.
