Felt good up to 325#. Too big of a jump at the end… need to re-work numbers to have bigger jumps in the beginning with max 10# jump at end for PR attempt.

Then I did a sandbag (45#)workout with Sam
20 min AMRAP
10 presses (I did push presses)
10 good mornings
10 back squats
10 cleans
Although I was aiming for 3 rounds, I managed 6 rounds and 50 reps..
Didn’t die!
