  2. I think that might be one of my most favorite newsletters!! Steve doesn’t say much, so to read the newsletter with his words in print, was enlightening. Thank you for sharing your story, Steve. And I had a little laugh at the part where he can be found on the floor at the back of the gym.. 🙂

    I managed to string two double unders together in there! That’s a first for me!

    Double Unders 42 then got a cramp in my calf = dead stop
    T2B still cramping can’t get up…
    Wall Balls 20# @ 10 = can finally move and got 42

    Not my first time cramping like that but this one was by far my worst. Any tips on preventing those?
