    Back Squat 80-90-100-110 PR 115 Not low enough.
    5 min. handstand (changed on board from 6 min.)
    4 sets Used plank position instead of handstand.

    65-75-85-95-105F was really hoping for this PR 🙁

    5 minute Handstand + 25 squats between sets.

    Thought I was going to do 8 sets but thanks to a loud cheer from the rest of the group who was already done and waiting for me so they could finally go home… 7 sets 🙂

    Oddly enough, I can’t wait to try this one again.
