The WOD demo video on their FB page shows them swinging, has to pass your ankles on the way down before going back up.

Slower than last year’s time of 15:54 but 5# more and higher box jumps. Last year push-ups were from knees.
Pre-wod box jump practice: worked up to 20.75″ on stacked plates.
And cleared the 20.75″ by a country mile.

I managed to get Robert out of bed this morning for today’s wod..
We settled on 45# bar, and we split most of the movements evenly except I did the double unders! Our time was 17:00
