Continued on and did the omitted 25 rep set as sets of 5 and completed all except 5 burpees and 5 wall balls at the 25 minute cap.
I’m feeling really banged up lately and thought about not going today…really glad I did. Thanks so much Amanda….great tips for me and a really good scale!

Wod was a shit show. Got nauseous and dizzy in the 20’s. Switched out my wall ball for a 10# starting the 15’s.
Tried to quit after the 15’s and my workout partner wouldn’t let me..
