  2. GREAT video!

    Got my first bar muscle up today! Got 4 while practicing and another 6 in the WOD.

    1 round + 1 bar muscle up

    Not a big result, but I walked in the gym with 0 bar muscle ups in my resume and now I have 6. Not a bad day.

    Wow – thought I would be more fluent with the B-MUs with first round all 5 unbroken but I fell apart and could not get started in the second – had alot of fun trying. On a good note- I got my first Crossfit blister skin tear from trying so much – hurts but I’m proud of it!!!! Have a great day! Dan my man, this is another good workout for u!! Good luck!!

    the C/Js were the hardest part for me this am. i’m still really pleased with everything this morning. i wasn’t feeling the love when i came in the door after being at work until 1230 last night – really glad i came – getting a good sweat on with buddies always makes everything all right, right? 🙂

    joanna – take care of those hands, ouch! i should have known when you posted last night that you were trying bar MUs that something was coming.. hehe!

    1. How exiciting. I guess this is the classic example of “resistance is futile”….with you & Kevin on his butt, poor Frank didn’t stand a chance of holding out forever.

    Did a few C&J to warm-up for the WOD.

    Got to the gym today not knowing what to expect as I had only done 1 bar muscle-up before and that was two days ago. Really happy with the result! Didn’t fail any muscle-ups during the WOD and did them all as singles. It was really fatiguing on the shoulders. Didn’t tear my hands but they are pretty sore. Loved that WOD! Nice work 5:30 crew! 🙂

    dips & Singles where for the most part unbroken, had to stop for a few sec after each round to catch my breath; felt like I was gonna be sick . This wod was easy enough, except for the humidity I liked it 🙂

    I was able to chain 4 Bar MUs together and then my brain broke. I’ll have to revisit this movement and figure out whatever it was I was doing wrong.

    What a waste of a pair of destroyed hands. As they say, I am disappoint.
