  1. Hey everyone as you can see by how late im posting this its really late so i won’t be able to make it in the morning but theres only 3 others signed up so im not making anyone miss out. I am signed up for tommarow night and i will be there cya then.

    Those OHSs were quite difficult after all the pushups and pullups. Killer workout on the arms!

    I’m not overly impressed with my results. 1) I thought I’d be able to do twice that many pushups and 2) I know for a fact that I can do 25 pullups but that bar was just ripping my hands apart. Too much chalk maybe?

    Great results you guys! this one was nice to do just because it had a different dynamic to it. I thought it was great. Oh and kevin you should get a crossfit chat room kinda thing going on on this site. I think it would make commenting easier. Just a thought! Cheers guys and gals!
