    I went light on the OHS since I have a hard time doing these, however it felt great and I should have went a bit heavier.

  8. Group WU + MOB

    OHS were not working today. Left shoulder needs a lot of mobility work. Also have been having a constant cramp in my right foot around 800m to 0.6 of a mile.. Was putting a bench away and lifted it up and it rolled and hit my foot 😩

    Today did option 1 of 3 rounds with front squats @95# in 14:19

    2018 did Nancy in OG for the 1st time with 35# and time of 18:10
