    1 mile
    15 rounds
    5 pullups
    10 pushups
    15 air squats

    @ 30min mark and not complete, go for 1 mile run

    1 mile approx 7:45. 8 rounds finished 39:45

    Digging in the archives, I have a little way to go ;). Happy to have done 40 pullups, it’s been a while since doing any pullups.

    6 Rounds + 400m run(mostly walk due to feeling silk)
