    1. Beyond this ridiculous total is the fact that 5 minutes after the wod you looked like you hadn’t even worked out yet… 5 mins later and I was still on the floor moaning!! My burpees were last too and it was embarrassing how slow they were. We should change-for-change this bad boy and start with the sandbags!!

    1. Great post Heather. I think many people are feeling the effects of the past week’s emotional and physical challenges….but we dig deep, and push through.

      I don’t think any part of this WOD was easy, but sandbags + burpees + tired legs combo would have been particularly “sucky”….may they could use a little BACON too??

        I have a higher pain threshold for lunges than most other movements, though I paid for it on the KBS!

    Glad I started at the burpees since I wanted them out of the way and have push press early. Legs were done when I got to sandbag squats. Lost about 15 seconds since I grabbed the 2 – 20# bags first. My own fault for not grabbing bag during the 30 second rest.
