    I opted to scale the burpees since 20 took me a little over 2 minutes, based on Kevin’s timing tips, but when finishing it, I realized I could have hit the full 30 and still be under 30 minutes. I think I was thrown off by Monday’s burpees.

    I’m just glad I showed up to do this! After doing NYE’s WOD and then seeing this posted for the first WOD of 2020, a lot of mental work went into following through with it.
