    I can do a half TGU no problem, but getting to standing with any weight isn’t something my thighs want to do just yet. I’ll have to keep trying. πŸ‘

    Broke down and broke up the second squat hold… I wasn’t expecting the squat hold to get me but the lactic acid build-up pushed me over the edge.
