    It’s been awhile since I’ve posted, but I have not done too much lately as the last month has been a wearisome time for our family.

    However, today is a new day, so I slowly got back into the routine of things this morning:

    Time: 35:14
    ran 2.7km
    walk/run 2.5km

      30s slower than my last time and my last time was 20 second slower than my first time!! Not good!!!

    Warm up : Burgener Warm up (arrive too late to do the real warm up)
    Practice Hang power Snatch, Squat snatch, Above knee snatch and full snatch #10…that was fun!!

    WOD : 30 lunges between each set
    21-18-15-12-9-6 of
    -pull up
    – sit up

    Time: 10:22 min…PR by 4:40 min
    Gillyon-Thank for pushing me by going the same pace!! You are fast on the lunges…I so wanted to catch you!! πŸ™‚
    This workout felt good…first time for a while!! πŸ™‚
