    Crossover symmetry
    Bent over reverse fly 3×15 15#
    6 round of 10 KB DL 80#, 30 sec plank. Each round switch planks from front to sides. Planned to do 9 rounds but my butt cramped haha

    Class
    DB C&J worked up to 35#.

    Wod with 25# and ring rows
