    My first class back since earning my GORUCK bolts in New York.. I gave myself a week to lick my imaginary wounds, so here I am!
    My calves are a bit angry from climbing 3960 stairs on Saturday, walking has been challenging, so I suspected running would be out of the question 🤣 Matt was kind enough to offer alternative torture 😉
    Since thrusters are my nemesis, I chose to keep a slow and steady pace on the step ups..
    I really wanted to try the 25# on the thrusters, but once again my left elbow wanted nothing to do with it.. 🤷‍♀️
