    Skill: tried hspu on rings, got 1 didn’t want to get too carried away. Pretty cool, a little nervous getting to the ropes with my feet but once I was there didn’t feel too bad. Thanks Kevin!! Something neat to play around with.

        1. I really only got a jump on you from the first couple rounds, then once I figured out how to kip again around the tenth round I picked up some again. My first round was 15, then 12, 10. The rest were all over the place… Lol

    Skill practice: Tried Ring inverts for the first time – I like them (when I remember to tuck on the way up). Also practiced floor handstand once need work on my mid section, couldn’t find the point of balance and I don’t think I was straight.

    I managed to get 22 reps Rx’d that counted. I got inverted a lot more than that but would hit the rings or the strap so couldn’t count them. Crazy tough on the grip, towards the end I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep holding, fortunately I did.

    * This wod started off AWESOME till about round 5 or 6 when I ripped just hanging from the bar. I think I even strung together 7-8 T2B in a row at one point… Booya. In the later rounds I could only do 2-3 T2B… so I finished those rounds with V snaps to ease my frustration…

    Only one little mishap when my foot got tangled in Jason R’s strap. LOL No wonder you were worried I was gonna kick you in the head, Jason.

    First time doing this Rx. Last time I did this was in March 2012 and it was scaled with 5 sets of Toes Thru Rings, then 10 sets of v-snaps with a total of 188. I had posted that my shoulder hurt too much to do all toes thru rings. Shoulders felt awesome tonight though.
